It was a special wedding for me. I knew Magda and Marcin before they were a couple. Magda trained me in the work I did during my studies. Marcin later was my supervisor. After many years, they asked me, as a wedding photographer from Krakow, but also as friend, to photograph their wedding. I was very excited about it, especally when I’ve heard that the wedding will take place in Dwór w Tomaszowicach.

Marcin and Magda, who have always lived in Krakow, decided to get married in one of the most recognizable places in the city. They have choosen the church located at the foot of the Wawel Hill in Krakow. The Bernardine Church. „… Originally a Gothic church which was destroyed during the Swedish invasion in 1655. The present Baroque basilica on a Latin cross plan was built by Krzysztof Mieroszewski between 1670 and 1680. In the interior is an valuable 18th century paintings. In St.Anne’s Chapel is a 15th century figure of St.Stef’s workshop … „. The memorable wedding took place in a beautiful church near Wawel in Krakow.
Wedding at Dwór w Tomaszowicach
Tomaszowice Manor, a historic nineteenth century park is located in the gates of Krakow. This is another place, after the church for a wedding ceremony near Wawel Castle, that goes perfectly with the style chosen by Marcin and Magda for their wedding day.
